Supports the Management team on people matters as an advisor and change agent by facilitating change across teams, organizations, procedures and systems.

Collaborates with department heads and supervisors on company initiatives to develop a people-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, teamwork and high performance.

Partners with Management to drive the workforce planning process to forecast budget for resource planning, workforce engagement and learning development; and oversees the development and deployment of people, assess and anticipates their needs.

Establishes and communicates metrics that demonstrate added value and identify where changes in practices and policies are required.

Identifies key drivers, plans and executes impactful actions to systematically strengthen culture and organization performance and works closely with Management and employees to improve work relationships, builds morale and increases productivity.

Responsible for driving performance management reviews, provides guidance, advices and trainings to managers on managing performance issues at all levels by implementing relevant retentions strategies and identifies learning and development needs for business units and individual coaching needs.

Prepares and submits relevant HR reports as required by Management.
Be aware of employee concerns and directly reports to Management.
Implements company policies and standard operating procedures in accordance with Labor Laws using the established company Handbook for guidance.
Other tasks as assigned by the Management.
