The HR Generalist is responsible for the majority of the HR administrative duties in the company.

The HR Generalist will manage employee monitoring and employee records, regulatory reports, address employee concerns, and provide support for the entire company.

Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statements and the core values of the organization.
Responsible for the submission of employment and compliance reports to regulatory agencies.
Assist in the execution of HR programs, policies, procedures including employee engagement and retention.
Enforce handbook containing the company policies, code of conduct and rules & regulations.

Facilitates Manpower Recruitment, On-Boarding and Monitoring of Employee MovementEnsures the accuracy and confidentiality of data and information of documents submitted.

Lead timely resolution of employee relations concern/s.
Draft correspondences/memorandum relating to HRAD.Accomplish liaison works in various government agencies relating to labor and employment, as necessary.
Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.

Timekeeping and payroll processesPrepare Request for payment (RFP) Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statements and the core values of the organization; ensures that subordinate employees perform their respective functions in like manner.
