Qualifications & experience

Diploma or equivalent qualification with relevant experience Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in handling business and work permits and liaising with government agencies.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of people;
Possess good written and verbal communication skills;
Computer literate with Microsoft Office;High level of integrity, ethics, compliance to CRH policies and related laws, and imperative to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and intellectual property of products and services;
Resonate with Leviat Values including safety aspects.
Tasks & responsibilitiesOversee the renewal of business permits for the office and warehouse; along with other work permits such as fire and sanitary Handle applications and renewals for Bureau of Customs (BOC), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) permits.Visit government agencies such as BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth as necessary to handle company-related matters.Prepare transmittals and ensure they are accurately completed.
Segregate invoices and receipts into respective client folders.
Ensure all scheduled collections are made promptly and efficiently within the given timelines.
Assist with day-to-day company transactions, ensuring all documents are properly filed and organized, and handle the notarization of documents and submit them to clients or government entities.
Distribute sales invoices daily or weekly as required, ensuring timely delivery to clients.It is not possible to enumerate all duties but your scope covers all office related responsibilities. Your duties will also extend to other departments as and when required;The management reserves the right to alter and/or assign further duties from time to time which are not mentioned in this job description.
