Job Summary:

The liaison assistant facilitates document acquisition for clients in institutions and universities, managing requests both on-site and online. They ensure completeness of client requirements, update databases to track progress, and prioritize hassle-free and timely processing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client documents for educational institution processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Encode processed document details, updating master lists and databases to track client's requisition progress.
  • Keep clients informed via company channels, addressing concerns and providing updates on requisition services.

Qualifications:

  • Owns a motorcycle available for company usage (with gas and maintenance allowance).
  • With a nonprofessional driver's license holder.
  • Fresh Graduates are Welcome to Apply
  • High School or Senior High Graduates are Welcome to Apply
  • Graduate of 4-year degree in Office Administration, Business, or equivalent (Preferably)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen to details, computer literate, and customer service oriented.
  • Typing Speed of 40 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
  • Background in office/administrative roles is a plus.
  • Amenable to work outdoors in changing weather conditions (with meal allowance)
