ROLE

To assist the overall organization in delivering timely administration support to clients and internal teams while striving for continual process improvements and efficiencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Drafting of client engagement documentsCollating and entering data for the purposes of internal risk documentsPreparation and monitoring of checklists for onboarding/offboarding clientsMaking purchases and entering disbursementsUploading receipts into expense management system and drafting expense reconciliation reportsAssistance with database management across multiple systems, including adding new clients, closing exited clients, updating client data i.e. addresses/contact detailCollating client documents (management reports, tax returns & financial statements)Preparation of client group structuresDrafting invoicesAssistance with filingAssistance with cloud software administration, including managing user accessWord processing, drafting letters/minutesAssistance with ad hoc administrative tasksQUALIFICATIONSFresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply Preferably with One (1) year of experience in a similar role Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Accounting/Finance or other related coursesWilling to work on Hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig CityWilling to start ASAP once hiredSoft SkillsEffective time management with the ability to prioritize and organize daily workload to meet competing deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills shown through effective liaison between staff and clientsAbility to relate to clients in a friendly and professional mannerThorough attention to detailStrong customer focusAbility to look for improvement to processes and offer solutionsTimely delivery of tasks assigned to a high standard JOB TYPE: Full-time

LOCATION: Ortigas, Pasig City

SALARY: Php20, Php26,000.00 per month
