As a Customer Value/Success Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Building a long-term relationship with clients of BuiltaMart, understanding their needs, wants, and trends in doing groceries. Develop advanced ways of understanding customer needs and identify how BuiltaMart can better serve them.Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionAnalyzing customer data to identify trends and proactively address potential issuesGather customer feedback, comments, and suggestions and endorse them to the concerned departments for improvement. Create, and implement customer success strategies to drive engagement and loyaltyAssess the market for new trends, development, and other relevant information that would improve how BuiltaMart performs. Qualifications:- Graduate of any 4-year course related to Sales and Marketing.
- With at least 2 years of relevant customer success or customer value experience.
- Willing to work on-site in Pasig, Mandaluyong, or QC area on a hybrid set-up.
- With proven leadership and management skills
