The Broker Services Co-ordinator will be responsible for facilitating the smooth Onboarding and Offboarding of broker groups and brokers to the YBR and VOW network and maintain an accurate and up to date data base of broker documentation in accordance with guidelines as set down by the Compliance Dept and regulatory bodies.

The ideal applicant will be an autonomous and innovative thinker. They will also be customer service orientated, always putting the customer's needs first. They will be characterised by their drive, efficiency and organisation. Finally, the ideal applicant will have an unrelenting work ethic and desire to overcome challenges in any form.

Key Responsibilities

Co-ordinate data collection for new brokers with the Sales team Conduct background screening checks Onboard new broker groups and new brokers for existing broker groups Process broker group and broker cancellations Processing new users and termination of users for Equifax and Vow/Ynet Maintain the accuracy of CRM's and network drives Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 2 years Australian broker onboarding experience;Ability to manage a high-volume workload & work well in stressful situations;Strong customer focus, putting the customer at the centre of all that you do; Excellent interpersonal (written and verbal communication) and organisational and administrative (data entry /excel) skills;Excellent attention to detail; Ability to prioritise tasks,think proactively,take direction and meet strict deadlines.
