Job Description

As a Client Onboarding Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the implementation and onboarding processes. Your responsibilities extend across the entire customer journey, ensuring a seamless and enhanced experience from the point of close/win, through implementation, go-live, and into ongoing account management.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a BPO company.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum-Agile methodology (nice to have).
  • Energetic and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a productive and collaborative manner to achieve defined objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills, with above-average knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Familiarity with customer relations management software applications; Microsoft CRM preferred but not necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with customer management and key decision-makers in a positive and collaborative manner.

What awaits you in this role?

  • Manage and lead the implementation and onboarding process, enhancing the customer service experience from close/win, through implementation, go-live, account management, and transition to Customer Experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, Recruitment, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Customer Experience, and Customer Engagement on interrelated projects to ensure a smooth transition through the implementation phase.
  • Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, and maintain project plans.
  • Regularly communicate project status to clients, project sponsors, and senior management.
  • Ensure the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Update all trackers and project statuses regularly, monitoring and tracking project activities with personal accountability and ownership.
  • Identify potential risks during the implementation stage, collaborating with different departments to formulate solutions and mitigate risks.
  • Design, develop, and maintain an effective customer onboarding program, ensuring scalability, consistency, and accessibility across all office locations.
  • Assist customers in preparing for their offshore team's onboarding program, including remote product/process training, on-site immersion, or on-the-job training.
  • Co-own the first 15 to 30 days of a customer with Customer Experience Managers to ensure their offshore team is set up for success.
  • Provide support to Customer Experience, Customer Engagement, or other departments on projects or critical activities, such as site transfers or organic growth, as needed.
