I. Logistics Coordination:
- Monitor and manage daily logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, routing, and tracking.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales Department with any Operation related task.

II. Customer Service:
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to delivery schedules, and order statuses.
- Maintain positive relationships with riders and provide timely updates on their orders.

III. Data Entry and Reporting:
- Accurately input and update logistics data into the company's management systems.
- Generate and review reports on delivery status, inventory levels, and operational performance (KPI)

IV. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within logistics operations.
- Assist in implementing new procedures and technologies to enhance operational performance.
- Lead Operations Department in execution of deliveries.

V. Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining documentation and records related to deliveries, inventory, and compliance.

VI. Other Related task
- Follow other task/instruction from the CEO.


Requirement :

I. Education:
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

II. Experience:
- Previous experience in logistics is HIGHLY required.
- Familiarity with logistics software and management systems is a plus.

III. Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

IV. Attributes:

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and capable of handling a fast-paced work environment.
- Willing to be part of a start-up company.
- Willing to do onsite reporting and field work.
