**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development and implementation of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) across various projects and locations.

**About the Role:** The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality asset data from project to operations and maintenance, ensuring seamless transition and smooth execution of CMMS build projects. This role requires close collaboration with other teams and stakeholders to drive disciplined execution and deliver reliable, predictable results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support and execute CMMS build and assurance activities for identified projects across Upstream, Downstream, and IG.
  • Deliver quality asset data from project to support business transition to run and maintain.
  • Develop and execute strategies and plans for CMMS build projects, assurance, and data quality activities.
  • Analyze technical data and documents, working with engineering, maintenance, operations, and project teams.
  • Support continuous improvement of CMMS build processes and related team objectives.
  • Provide SME support to project teams for detailed activities and deliverables from CMMS build.
  • Support development of maintenance strategies and plans, and apply group standards associated with CMMS data.
  • Manage and resolve P2A CMMS project delivery issues.
  • Provide expertise in interpretation of asset data from engineering documents and drawings.
  • Integrate with CP Data organization for development of BOM and Material Master requirements.
  • Network with counterparts and other levels of organization across capital project space.
  • Understand information and technical data utilization within site or location.
  • Help standardize processes, tools, methods, and procedures for CMMS builds.
  • Capture learnings and best practices from projects and update learnings database.

**Requirements:**

  • University Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of operational experience in engineering/technical jobs in areas such as Plant Maintenance, CMMS, wIMS, and EDMS.
  • Experience in engineering relevant maintenance, equipment failure analysis, troubleshooting, decision making, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, Safety Criticality, and Risk Assessment.
  • Experience in engineering projects technical data and documents management, including processes and tools.
  • Front-end execution, supporting EPCM contractor with execution, quality inspection of project data.
  • Experience in project initiating, planning, monitoring, and controlling of CMMS build.
  • Use and understanding of SAP PM/MM modules.
  • Detailed grasp of technical data and documentation context within technical data processes, physical processing assets, and associated operating processes.
  • Effective communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to deal effectively with complexity and detail, and prioritize timely delivery for area of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead associate engineering analysts on data projects.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, with track record of demonstrating initiative, analytical capabilities, and issue resolution.
  • Lean Six Sigma CI methodology, work experience in Oil and Gas is an added value.
  • Stakeholder Management, Good Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge in SAP-PM Module (Master and Transactional Data).
  • Plant maintenance experience preferably in Oil & Gas/Heavy Engineering/Power Plant.
  • MS Office, including MS Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Project.
  • Knowledge level in Maintenance Management System and Connected Application Portfolio (AIM-EDMS, IDMS, SPI-Intools) preferred.
