Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to learners and trainers worldwide, ensuring a seamless experience on our learning portal.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve requests and issues via email, live chat, and phone.
- Monitor lessons and internal tools 24/7, ensuring timely and efficient support.
- Develop and maintain expertise in our internal tools and systems, ensuring smooth communication with internal clients.
- Support learning consultants abroad during offline hours or in case of emergency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer or technical support.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Open Office.
- Process-oriented with keen attention to detail.
