JOB DESCRIPTION
Accounts Payable
Manages the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to disbursement, including matching and verification of Company and supplier documents, encoding bills in the accounting system and monitoring accounts payableEnsures all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered toResponsible for imaging and record retention of all accounts payable documentsManages vendor relations and build effective business relationshipsInvestigates and resolves issues and concerns associated with processing of invoices and purchase ordersReceives and resolves various routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to concerned units Liquidations of DisbursementsReviews liquidation reports for cash advances, Revolving Fund replenishments and reimbursements summary, ensures completion and accuracy of all supporting documentsEnsures complete and organized filing of all documents relative to disbursements TaxationPrepares, ensures accuracy of and submits monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns (i.e., Expanded Withholding Tax, VAT and Income Tax) PayrollValidates and ensures accuracy of payroll computation Month-end ClosingResponsible for month-end closing (i.e., drafting of journal entries in the accounting platform) OthersAssists team in gathering support for all audits, including retrieval of documentsEnsures compliance with the Accounting Principles, Company Policies and relevant accounting standardsReports to and partner with the Group Finance and Admin Head to identify and implement process improvementsProvides general administrative support to the Finance and Accounting Department, as neededPerforms other functions that may be assigned from time to time QUALIFICATIONSGraduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related fieldWith at least two (2) years of related working experienceWith at least two (2) years of experience in XERO or other related accounting platformsExcellent communication skills and a team playerHighly organized, detail-oriented and able to multitaskExcellent analytical, problem-solving and management skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office applicationsWilling to start as soon as possible WORK SCHEDULE: 8 hours shift; Monday to FridayOTHER BENEFITS: HMO, Group Life Insurance, Additional Leave Credits, Meal Allowance, Christmas Gift, Year-end Bonus
