We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Office Assistant to support our sales team. The ideal candidate willk be responsible for administrative tasks, assisting in sales processes, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders and invoices. Maintain and update customer records and sales databases. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers. handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Prepare sales reports. Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events and promotional activities.Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus. Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role. Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
