Job Qualifications:

3 to 5 years and above working experience as Service Supervisor.Knowledgeable with latest technologies (Scanner/Automotive Tools).Familiarity with all types of vehicles including European cars.Excellent knowledge of mechanical, aircon and electrical components of vehicles.Excellent knowledge of automotive troubleshooting and diagnosis.Knowledgeable with MS Office applications.Strong supervisory and leadership skills and can handle people well.Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.Contribute to the growth of the company through a successful team. Job Responsibilities:Plan, manage, schedule and organize the day-to-day operation of the Service Department to meet daily target completion, quality, and proper sequencing of units to be repaired.Monitoring teams' performance and provide coaching as needed.Manage schedule and ensure proper tasks delegation.Develops and implements workflow system and timeline to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality service outputs.Develops and utilizes monitoring reports of production.Maintains records of clients' vehicle repair history.Assist mechanics in troubleshooting, diagnosing and repair of vehicles.Oversee mechanics' works at all times.Communicates between upper management, service advisor, department supervisors, clients and mechanics to eliminate inefficiency and comeback repairs.Monitor team performance and report on metrics.Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.Oversee repairs in accordance with factory and dealership quality specifications and time standards.Understanding of use and types of equipment and tools for efficient repair operations.Completes quality checking process on every repaired unit to ensure that the vehicle is working properly and ensures that the units are in its utmost and supreme qualities before releasing to client.Monitors teams' compliance to maintain clean and orderly work areas, proper use and maintenance of equipment.Monitors team's compliance to the Company's rules and regulations and working hours.Applies and enforces safe practices on the job.Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Willing to work from Monday to Saturday or during holidays if needed.
