Warranty Supervisor

The main role and responsibility is to manage the overall operations for used car vehicle inspection and warranty claims. This includes the dispatch of mechanics to designated locations as well as the review of inspection certifications of each vehicle. Additionally, the position requires a keen eye for detail, to review and approve customer warranty claims, and monitor the repair process with our accredited repair shops across the country, while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the cost-efficiency of the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle inspection requests from customers/partners and timely surveyor dispatch.

• Monitor and ensure that inspection is done according to PWSPI's inspection manual.

• Review and approve customer warranty claims, repair quotations from partner repair shops, and negotiate discounts if necessary.

• Coordinate with partner repair shops on the proper, cost-effective, and timely repair of customer vehicles.

• Enhance the accredited repair shop network in Metro Manila and other locations.

• Analyse and review warranty claim data to ensure business sustainability.

• Manage team budgets and achieve department target and KPI.

• Build team capabilities.

Job Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business studies/Administration/Management/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Preferably with Automotive Servicing NCII or NCIII Certification

• With minimum 3 years of experience in which at least 1yr experience is as team leader/supervisor in automotive repair service.

• Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills

• Strong PC skills and knowledgeable in MS Office

• Preferably with work experience at Japanese (Toyota, Mitsubishi, Honda... etc) and German car dealers (Mercedes-Benz, BMW... etc)

• Knowledgeable in used car market
• Has valid driver's license.
