The Assistant Sales Manager leads and motivates the Sales Acquisition team composed of sales executives to meet and exceed team and individual goals. He/She is expected to build a high achieving sales acquisition team to identify sales leads, pitch Lalamove's services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. He/She must be able work well under pressure and exhibits a spirit of excellence.

What you'll do:

Sales operations: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and nurturing professional relationshipsBusiness development: develop new business opportunities and partnerships with customersSales standards: identify, formulate and enforce approved Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issuesPerformance: lead and develop a high caliber sales acquisition team who are driven to deliver results. Regularly track the performance of his/her team to close deals and build corrective/improving initiativesPerforms other duties that may be assigned by management from time to timeWhat we seek:Proactive and enthusiastic sales professional with leadership experienceStrong network of clients in Metro Manila and South LuzonStrong knowledge and understanding of existing Manila and South Luzon market/industriesCan adapt to business changes and needs as they ariseCan lead a team and effectively manage performanceWhat you'll need:At least 10 years of working experience (Logistics industry sales experience would be a huge plus)Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience in a leadership capacityCollege Degree / Diploma holderExcellent problem solving, presentation, lead generation and negotiation skillsProficiency in CRM programs is a plusMust be willing to work onsite in Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy.
