Corporate Sales Assistant (Inbound) supports corporate sales team with administrative tasks and customer inquiries, requiring strong communication skills and multitasking ability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Timely submission of BIR 2307 forms as needed.
  • Effective management of retention payments.
  • Accuracy of Statements of Account (SOA) monitoring and confirmation.
  • Accurate and efficient processing of sales orders.
  • Organization and filing of Purchase Orders (POs), receipts, Delivery Receipts (DRs), and related documentation.
  • Assistance with sales activities, ensuring seamless integration with administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring completeness of corporate order documentation from receipt of Purchase Orders (POs) to delivery and payment.
  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism, providing information and support while demonstrating patience and understanding.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree in business administration or marketing.
  • No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Flexibility in handling various tasks and responsibilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to follow established processes and instructions accurately.
  • Efficiently navigates various software programs and maintains a high typing speed, ensuring effective communication and data entry.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Open to work on-site in Pioneer, Mandaluyong.
