**Job Title: Inside Sales and Marketing Assistant**

**Job Summary:**
Highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist Inside Sales Managers in compiling documentation, generating client quotations, and updating information in CRM and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

**Job Description:**

As an Inside Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for:

* Compiling documentation and generating client quotations
* Updating information in CRM and LIMS
* Conducting market research and gathering customer information
* Assisting in follow-up notifications and data entry
* Developing skills and knowledge to progress in your career
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships
* Adapting to changing environments and responsibilities

**Responsibilities:**

* Generate accurate and branded quotes according to SGS standards
* Assist in compilation of documentation for RFPs
* Update changes to customer information in CRM and LIMS
* Conduct market research, including internet searches and competitor analysis
* Communicate with Inside Sales Managers and other internal staff
* Develop skills and knowledge to progress in your career
* Build and maintain strong working relationships

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry or Environmental Science
* Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and procedure manuals
* Ability to effectively present information to customers or employees
* Intermediate personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office and job task applications
* Substantial movements of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner
* Close vision, distance vision, and color vision
* Travel is negligible
