Motortrade Nationwide Corporation (MNC) is the leading multi-brand motorcycle dealer in the Philippines. Its humble beginning can be traced back to the late 1960's as a motorcycle spare parts and hardware store at a small town in Bicol—Daet, Camarines Norte. Through the dedication, perseverance and hard work of many, the company grew and was incorporated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on December 27, 1979.

After more than 4 decades of existence, the company has widened its presence beyond waters as it now operates with more than 500+ branches and satellites across the archipelago. The total workforce, which remains unified in pushing for growth and progress not just for the company but also for our country, is over 3,500 strong. Although very focused in growing and strengthening the company even more, philanthropic projects are never forgotten. POSITION OVERVIEWAdminister employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.Collaborate with HR team members and department heads to develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives.Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits-related inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed.Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to manage benefits enrollment, administration, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Prepare and distribute communication materials related to compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged.Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and workshops for employees on topics related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
