Job Responsibilities:
- Posting of job requisitions in external job boards
- Monitoring job boards credentials
- Working together with vendor for job posting issues
- Schedule candidates for interview
- Ensure calendars invites are sent to the candidate and hiring manager
- Ensure interview schedule is set up in Applicant tracking system.
- Remind candidates of their schedules a day or on the day of their interviews
- Monitor interviews real time to ensure there are no technical issues
- Candidate testing
- Initiating and monitoring completion of criminal checks with vendors
- Initiating and monitoring completion of drug tests with vendors
- Initiating and monitoring completion of medical exam with vendors
- Initiating and monitoring completion of background check with vendors
- Scheduling and facilitating language assessment
- Scheduling and facilitating technical exams
- Scheduling and facilitating business plans creation
- Offer Letters
- Update candidate offer details in Applicant Tracking system
- Create offer letter for candidate either via Applicant Tracking System or manually via word
- Double check offer details in Applicant Tracking system or manually created
- Send offer letter to designated approvers via applicant tracking system or via email
- Send offer letter to candidate and obtain signature
- Upload fully signed offer letter in Applicant tracking system
- Conduct Pre employment checks
- Call referees or candidates for reference check
- Fill up required forms and save final report in shared drive
- Send End of day completion report for reference checks
- Complete the hire record
- Send stage 2 application to candidate via Applicant tracking system
- Review offer details and other important information in applicant tracking system before closing the requisition
- Move candidate to hired stage in Applicant tracking system
- Inform recruiter that the requisition is now closed
- Archive record of non hires
- Move candidate to offer declined status if in case candidate declines the offer
- Send specific regret letters to specific candidates if needed
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of any four-year course; Human Resources field is desired
- At least 1-2 years experience in Recriutment, Talent Acquisition or HR field
- Must have organizational skills on scheduling, logistics and document management
- Recruitment background is desired; experience in use of applicant tracking system, case management or sourcing tools
- Experience working in a virtual environment is desired
- Working knowledge on computer applications, preferably on Microsoft applications
- Strong presentable skills being the face of Goodyear to candidates
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges
- Keen attention to details
- Strong prioritization skills
- Process improvement skills is desired
- Must be able to read, write and speak the Mandarin language
- Amenable to work in Day Shift and hybrid set up
