Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates with hiring managers.
Functions
- Create and publish job advertisements through various channels and portals.
- Screen resumes and job applications to check on profile fit.
- Effectively source potential candidates from recruitment channels and portals.
- Work closely with hiring managers to align hiring processes and requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screening to create a shortlist of qualified candidates for next-level interviews/endorsements.
- Coordination with hiring managers for candidate endorsements and interviews
- Maintain internal trackers and databases for report generation, hiring plans, and metrics computation.
- Facilitate onboarding activities (pre-employment requirements/documents, background checks) for newly identified candidates.
- Host and participate in job fairs and other hiring events.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

- Strong service orientation as well as pronounced communication skills and conflict moderation.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, a sense of responsibility, and a goal-oriented and solution-oriented way of working.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment handling Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, Telecommunications, etc.
- Telco experience is preferred, but not required.
- Candidate must be hardworking and can multi-task.
