The Talent Acquisition Support Sr. Specialist will provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring pre-employment requirements and checks including background verification and medical.
- Sending offer letters to the candidates.
- Building and maintaining strong working relations with recruiters, hiring managers and all other internal and external stakeholders ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Managing daily recruitment process queries and issues, ensuring all are addressed efficiently, and escalating when necessary.
- Participating in updating recruitment processes and policies as needed.
- Handling specific recruitment-related issues and concerns raised by associates.
- Handling audits and compliance activities.
- Managing reporting and data analytics.
- Onboarding new associates.
Requirements:
- A BA/BS degree with at least 4 years of recruitment administration experience.
- Experience with corporate and third-party recruiting is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the talent acquisition landscape in a health insurance or healthcare BPO.
- Must be willing to work on a night/graveyard shift
