JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Manage the employee relations team to guide management staff by contract interpretation, investigation, and advice on a full range of employee relations matters including informal and formal grievances and disciplinary issues.
  2. Conduct orientation and training for all company leaders on the company's Code of Conduct and administration of corrective measures/disciplinary action.
  3. Maintain open communication between employees to extract/gather information that may be used in the development of the company's objectives or goals.
  4. Formulate and create policies and prepare and consolidate communications between management and employees concerning workplace grievances and dispute resolutions.
  5. Guide and advise managers and employees on sensitive labor and employee relations matters, including grievance and arbitration procedures, and disciplinary action; advise and assist managers in identifying employee relations issues and determining appropriate course of action.
  6. Collaborate and assist in other Human Resources functions as may be assigned by superiors. QUALIFICATIONS
    1. 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
    2. 2. Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
    3. 3. Competency in Microsoft Office with intermediate computer skills in formatting reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphs, general word processing, etc.
    4. 4. Knowledge of HR systems
