JOB SUMMARY:
The HR & Admin Manager manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource & Admin Dept. of J&T Express, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. HR & Admin Manager generally handles employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee data management, and administrative supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources, Business Management, Sociology, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational PsychologyDemonstrated experience in Human ResourceAt least 5 years of experience as HR Supervisor/Manager with proficiency in all facets.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIESExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversees the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.Forecasts manpower needs.Ensures accuracy of employee database (Office Needed)Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.Performs routine supervision required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, as well as, complex and/or sensitive matters.Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as needed.Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Monitors Fixed Assets management, requests, and inventory.Monitors the maintenance of the office and supervises the Utility personnel.Performs other duties as assigned.WORKING CONDITIONS:Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PMMay work for long hours and be required to do fieldwork.Carry out any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the management.Place of assignment is at Ferrozo Bldg., Mayombo Dist., Dagupan CitySummary of role requirements:Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: Morning, AfternoonTuesday: Morning, AfternoonWednesday: Morning, AfternoonThursday: Morning, AfternoonFriday: Morning, AfternoonSaturday: Morning, AfternoonMore than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this roleWorking rights required for this roleExpected start date for role: 16 August 2024
