Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying
Requirements and skills:
- College degree of any course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to start ASAP
- Amenable to work at San Juan, Metro Manila
