Job Description:

Primarily responsible for the overall sales performance of the assigned branch/s. The position is responsible for agent recruitment and development, execution of sales and marketing strategies and plan at the branch level through effective leadership and execution skills. Is also responsible for supporting the dealers/key account relationship-building efforts of the assigned branch/s.

Cebu: Cebu, Consolacion, District Office, Mandaue, Minglanilla

Negros Oriental: Dumaguete

Bohol: Tagbilaran/Consolacion

Northern Samar: Calbayog, Catarman

Leyte: Maasin, Ormoc, Tacloban

Negros Occidental: Bacolod

Iloilo: Iloilo

Capiz: Roxas

Negros Occidental: San Carlos

WHO YOU SHOULD BE?

At least College level No sales experience required, but candidates must be skilled in connecting with others and building a networkExperience in agent recruitment, management, and business development is an advantageWith motorcycle and licenseSelf-driven and entrepreneurial. Personable with strong communication skills in both English and Filipino. Fluency in the language of the assigned area will be an advantage.WHAT AWAITS YOU IN THIS ROLE?

Booking

Leads, develops, guides, and nurtures Top Agents, Dealers/Agents in securing additional revenue for the Branch.Conducts weekly and monthly huddles/alignment with the AgentsAssigns monthly booking quota to the agents and ensures its attainmentCreates localized marketing programs to increase the volumeAssists in the roll-out of all Salesforce training programs in the BranchAttends to all Branch related meetings or alignmentsSubmits monthly progress report, call sheets, and itineraries to marketing with a cross copy to the Branch ManagerDelivers sales targets of the assigned branch/s in terms of metrics defined by the CompanyEnsures proper execution and tracking of results of company sales and marketing activities on branch levelResponsible for the attainment of agent recruitment and booking per agentProposes District and Branch specific sales programs through consultations with Operations, Regional Sales, and Marketing Agent Recruitment Maintains a core number of top agents and their immediate downlinesDevelops new Top Agents whether from the outside of from existing group of Agents through the candidacy programMonitors and conducts performance reviews among the top agents on a monthly basisConducts opportunity meetings for all recruited agentsConducts Quarterly Sales Meetings that will recognize and reward high performing agentsEnsures harmonious working relationship between the Agents and RFC Branch StaffDevelops defined essential skills of each agent in coordination with HR and Sales Training. Administrative Function Ensures high quality and timely completion of administrative taskSubmit a weekly itinerary to the Regional Sales Manager with a cross copy to the Branch Manager.Develops a monthly work plan for the branch/s with defined activities and schedule to be done to be submitted to the Regional Sales ManagerWHAT YOU WILL GET?
