DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Reports directly to the Franchise and Business Development ManagerIdentifies and sources prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to the sales processDoes business development functions such as, but not limited to store network expansionAssists new franchisees to become operationally proficientProvides supplemental training and development to in-store staff and practices to include sales, P&L's, ROI, People management, Brand standards, training techniques and policies, store operations and controllable expensesExplores opportunities for international and local expansionAssists franchisees in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their businessManages multiple store units, with background in food service business in assigned territoriesConducts post store opening functions such as follow ups and franchisee coordinationPerforms business analyticsConducts regular business meetingsKnows how to audit stores on Food, Service, Cleanliness, Condition and other related parametersHandles customer feedback and resolution in the assigned storesVisits branchesPerforms other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior or management

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in any related management courseAt least 3 years related experience requiredMust be willing to do field work (Central Visayas and some part of Eastern Visayas)
