Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, adept at finding creative solutions to complex HR challenges.

Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) requirements, and best practices in HR and Staffing.

Proficiency in HR information systems and software tools to optimize HR and Staffing operations.
