Position Overview:
The Assistant Director for Commercial Finance will play a huge part in coming up with Proforma Profit & Loss (P&L) that will be used by the Sales and Business Development team in bidding for prospective clients. The person will also oversee rate revision reviews with existing clients to ensure that existing clients remain profitable during contractual rate revision deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Roll up proforma P&L that will be used by the Sales and Business Development team in bidding for prospective clients. The person needs to understand the various operating models of the Company to be able to come up with a reasonable proforma P&L.Track performance against proforma P&L for newly-mobilized sites in its first 12 months of operations. Review rate revision P&L for contracts crossing the contractual rate revision anniversary. Liaise with region on status of rate revision performance against commitment. Qualifications:Relevant finance course (e.g. Accountancy, Commerce, Business Administration)5-8 years of relevant working experience in commercial finance. Experience working in food and service industries is an advantage.Fluent English language ability both spoken and written. Required to speak effectively before Country leadership team and other stakeholders.To perform this job successfully, an individual should have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Considerable knowledge in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and other MS Office is also required.
