- Manpower Training requires travelling in specific Satellite office of the company, nationwide. REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's Degree in any related course in Human Resources Management
- Strong background in Recruitment, Training, and Employee Engagement
- Preferably 1 year work experience specifically in Recruitment and Training, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good track record in managing clients, customers, and candidates
- Should be willing to offer beyond expectations service to ensure the success of every project
- Should be passionate with work and with the role he/she will handle
- Good at motivating, communicating, and building rapport with employees
- Must have pleasing, caring, sincere, and authentic personality
