    8. Manpower Training requires travelling in specific Satellite office of the company, nationwide. REQUIREMENT
    9. Bachelor's Degree in any related course in Human Resources Management
    10. Strong background in Recruitment, Training, and Employee Engagement
    11. Preferably 1 year work experience specifically in Recruitment and Training, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    12. Good track record in managing clients, customers, and candidates
    13. Should be willing to offer beyond expectations service to ensure the success of every project
    14. Should be passionate with work and with the role he/she will handle
    15. Good at motivating, communicating, and building rapport with employees
    16. Must have pleasing, caring, sincere, and authentic personality
