Assistant Secretary to the President

Job Summary: Assist the President with daily tasks, answer phone calls, manage schedules, maintain contact lists, and provide general support to visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage the President's schedule
- Maintain contact and client lists
- Prepare and present written presentations and reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as point of contact for internal and external clients
- Support technical and administrative teams
- Facilitate meetings and follow-up with clients
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-5 year course with an Admin Assistant or Secretary certification preferred
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Good administrative management skills and proactive
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
