Assistant Secretary to the President

Job Summary: Assist the President with daily tasks, answer phone calls, manage schedules, maintain contact lists, and provide general support to visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage the President's schedule
  • Maintain contact and client lists
  • Prepare and present written presentations and reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Support technical and administrative teams
  • Facilitate meetings and follow-up with clients

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-5 year course with an Admin Assistant or Secretary certification preferred
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Good administrative management skills and proactive
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
