Responsibilities:- Create and process invoices and related documents in a timely and accurate manner, meeting strict service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Review and monitor compliance of invoice processing with company policy and controls, ensuring all invoices are processed and matched for payment in accordance with agreed terms.
- Sort, review, match, and process invoices due for payment, obtaining and controlling the completeness of necessary documents.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies for timely payment, delivering reports to management, including audit requirements, within agreed timeframes and formats.
- Participate in systems and process improvement projects, maintaining up-to-date standard operating procedures and process documents.
- Identify areas of potential process improvement, develop and enforce policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Support global benefit projects, coordinating with payroll, benefits, and finance controllers as required.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Finance or related fields.
- High level of proficiency in various computer applications, including intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate accuracy and strong attention to details.
- Experience in handling invoice processing with high volume transactions in a BPO/Shared service environment.
- Experience with SAP and ERP Payables systems.
- Experience in Payables Process Automation and Systems Solutions.
- Detailed knowledge of the Accounts Payable process and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling Account Reconciliations and Settlements.
