Join our team as an Account Resolution Specialist and play a key role in supporting our customers in resolving their outstanding account balances. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and customer-focused organization that values excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Account Resolution functional area by utilizing knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to communicate with delinquent customers.
- Seek ways to improve the quality of customer experience by collecting and negotiating terms of repayment on outstanding account balances.
- Perform routine transactional tasks, such as taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to determine the reason for delinquency.
- Receive direction from supervisors and escalate questions and complex issues to Account Resolution individuals.
- Interact with the immediate Account Resolution team on basic Account Resolution related information, as well as internal and external customers.
- 6+ months of experience in Account Resolution, customer contact, customer service, or sales environment, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
- Experience in Account Resolution, collections, customer service billing, or sales in a contact center, BPO, or financial services environment, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
- Completed 2nd year college level education (no back subjects).
- Experience in a voice process.
- Flexible with work hours, schedule, and arrangement.
