Customer Support Representative

ClassUp is an online education technology company based in the U.S, providing 1-on-1 online classes. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

Job Summary

This is a remote work opportunity, working from home as part of our normal practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our students, working flexible shifts from Thursday to Monday, 9pm to 6am (Philippines Time).

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support to students via phone, text messages, and emails
  • Assist students with common requests, such as cancelling or rescheduling classes
  • Answer frequently asked questions and provide solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience working in customer service for a US-based company
  • Stable internet connection and reliable computer
  • Dedication to work and users, with flexibility to adapt to changing shifts
