Job Summary: Responsible for executing marketing and outreach plans to achieve enrollment targets, utilizing various resources and maintaining student population growth.

Job Description:

  • Generate new student enrollment through approved marketing and sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with high school officials on career orientation and guidance, as well as administer on-site college entrance tests.
  • Plan and implement local marketing strategies, including market share identification, zoning, and budgetary requirements.
  • Spearhead new strategies and programs for school promotion.
  • Act as career speaker in outreach-related activities, covering career guidance talks and scheduling.
  • Monitor outreach team outputs, consolidate reports, and make marketing action plans and decisions.
  • Train front-line department staff during outreach and enrollment periods.
  • Represent the campus at marketing conferences, trainings, and seminar workshops.
  • Prepare daily enrollment reports.
  • Assist with enrollment, entertain telephone inquiries, and provide information to prospective clients and enrollees.
  • Coordinate with academe sectors to fulfill college goals.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Preferably with at least 3 years experience in Telesales/ Telemarketing or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Skills required: Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and decision-making.
