The main responsibilities of a PEOPLE HAPPINESS AMBASSADOR include:Act as a point of contact for all employees, providing guidance, support, and resources to help them achieve their goals and address any concerns or issues.
Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and programs, such as team-building events, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and well-being.
Gather and analyze feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions to address these issues.
Act as an advocate for employees, promoting their interests and working to ensure they feel valued, respected, and supported.
Partner with other departments, such as HR, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure a seamless and integrated employee experience.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, trends, and new developments in employee engagement and well-being, and incorporate these into the company's programs and initiatives.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully improving employee satisfaction and well-being.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Experience in project management and event planning.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
