ING Hubs Manila is a powerhouse of processing services that is central to the global ING Bank business. They provide services that range from financial markets, trade finance services, lending services, client due diligence/onboarding activities, corporate audit, legal, risk management, IT and software development, retail banking operations, and so much more.

Your responsibilities
  • Monitoring compliance with the generic control frameworks and KYC-related policies;
  • Support Wholesale Banking to identify, assess, judge, and address, data ethical dilemmas;
  • Creating awareness of the generic control frameworks;
  • Alignment and consistency across the different WB countries and helping to close existing gaps;
  • Maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders;
  • Proactively standardize and centralize KCT activities
  • Encourages risk awareness, weighing the interests of customers and the bank, and a sense of responsibility among management and employees in relation to Non-Financial Risk (including ORM and compliance) by, for example, giving presentations.

All ING trainees participate in global learning events. There, you learn about every aspect of core banking, such as the role of a bank, the bank balance sheet, bank funding, IT processes, and risk management. Needless to say, these events also help you to develop your soft skills such as how to deal with business partners, stakeholder management, and presentation techniques. Each traineeship track also has its own specialized training courses.
