ING Hubs Manila is a powerhouse of processing services that is central to the global ING Bank business. They provide services that range from financial markets, trade finance services, lending services, client due diligence/onboarding activities, corporate audit, legal, risk management, IT and software development, retail banking operations, and so much more.

Your role

Join ING's three-year rotational program that aims to develop top university graduates which provides a mix of challenging assignments and developmental activities aligned to the ING Hubs PH business priorities.

You will have the opportunity to experience:

  • Accelerated upskilling through technical and theoretical training.
  • Combines theoretical and practical elements needed to fast-track the development and the career of our graduates.
  • Offers the graduates exposure to senior leadership within ING Hubs PH and globally
  • Opportunities to collaborate and learn from colleagues across the globe
  • Exposure to mentors and coaches within the organization will help accelerate their development and create a support network.

All ING trainees participate in global learning events. There, you learn about every aspect of core banking, such as the role of a bank, the bank balance sheet, bank funding, IT processes, and risk management. Needless to say, these events also help you to develop your soft skills such as how to deal with business partners, stakeholder management, and presentation techniques. Each traineeship track also has its own specialized training courses.
