The Budget Management & People Agenda Expert plays a pivotal role in fostering employee engagement to enhance their affinity with Globe. Additionally, this role provides essential administrative and operational assistance to the Office of the Head, to ensure key business cadences are aligned and crucial business processes and tools remain accessible. Moreover, the position entails actively seeking opportunities to streamline processes and optimize expenditures, contributing to overall cost efficiency initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

PEOPLE AGENDA


•Assists in the organization and execution of various group engagement activities, including townhalls and team building events by providing comprehensive logistical support.


•Assigned CMB POC for Globe-wide/HR-led people agenda initiatives (i.e. Annual Christmas party, Halloween event, etc.)


•Supports in designing and documenting process enhancements and/or capability building initiatives that will drive operational efficiencies on ways of working across the CMB team.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT


•Manages the day-to-day schedule of the Office of the Head, ensuring smooth operations by organizing meetings, gathering necessary documents, and addressing logistical requirements.


•Maintain smooth business operations, ensuring key cadences are being done to run the business (Weekly CMB LT Meetings, MORs, regular 1:1s, etc) while ensuring completeness of essential work tools needed by the team


•Provides administrative assistance to the Office of the Head and other division heads, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing expense claims, assisting in cash advances, and facilitating reimbursements and liquidations.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT


•Establishes full-year operating expenditure (OPEX) budgets and monitors group adherence to meet established guidelines.


•Ensure timely filing of accruals/RFPs/PRs, settlement of all invoices and bills payment to partners, vendors and suppliers and reporting of expenses


•Monitor and recommend opportunities to drive down costs or increase cost efficiencies

KPI:


•Aid in reducing attrition among team members / Higher Collab Index Scores


•Timely and complete settlement of payables and proper set-up of accruals


•Drive down direct OPEX to revenue ratio
