The Client Service Manager plays a key role in managing regional accounts, creating media flowcharts, and developing monthly implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire media process, from strategic recommendations to detailed plan preparation and implementation.
  • Seek and recommend viable media opportunities to drive incremental billings.
  • Assist in managing financial reports and ensure timely submissions.
  • Oversee the implementation of Media Objectives & Strategy and Visual Media Schedule.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, AB Communication or equivalent.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or media agency.
  • Highly organized, innovative, analytical, and keen to detail.
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
