This company is in search of a highly skilled Know Your Customer (KYC) professional with expertise in understanding AML Regulations, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Processes, and relevant local and international laws. The ideal candidate will possess experience in compliance-related roles, ideally in KYC, AML, risk assessment, or similar fields.

What you'll do:

As a KYC Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting Relationship Managers (RMs) to conduct KYC and essential Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks for both corporate customers and Financial Institutions, including peer banks or non-bank entities. Your responsibilities will also include assisting customers in resolving issues properly during the KYC and AML compliance process. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking to make a substantial impact within a dynamic team

  • To accommodate customer inquiries about account opening, online banking, account management and account pre-closing/ closing/post-closing process
  • To file and manage regulatory reports assigned to the employee with timeliness and accuracy
  • Manage internal statistics of deposit, account opening and KYC records. Provide data, recommendations, rectification measures regarding concerns, findings and requirements raised from Compliance AML Committee and internal/external examinations.
  • Assist the business process of Marketing Department to be in line with compliance requirements.
  • To assist Relationship Managers actively providing service to the relevant client acquisition, execute solutions in line with the business strategies.
  • To assist examinations related to KYC and AML by regulator or internal departments.
  • To assist the new KYC and AML policies implemented by Compliance or Head Office properly executed within Marketing.
  • To revise Marketing's policy in terms of KYC and AML or other Compliance-related requirements regularly.
  • Safe-keeping of AML-related documents and records that under Marketing's responsibility.
