Job Description:

• Can receive, inspect and store meat upon delivery in absence of Chief Butcher and Butcher
• Knows how to sharpen butcher knives
• Knows hot to assemble and dis-assemble meat machines
• Can break whole Pork and Beef carcasses into Primal
• Can cut, grind meat, including prepare orders to members specifications
• Important to know the temperature require for meat chilled and frozen
• Responsible to sanitize and clean the prep area.
• Know how to apply cleanliness and hygiene.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php610.00 per day
