Tahj/Nsdmm Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collection Assistant/Billing Assistant/Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the collection of outstanding accounts and billing processes
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management/Accounting or related field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office, especially in Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of accounting software, such as SAP/SOA
  • Experience with accounts payable/accounts receivable processes
  • Collection and billing processes
