  1. Ensure customer satisfaction by adjusting staffing levels and training agents to manage peak periods effectively.
  2. Provide exceptional service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements

At least 12 months of BPO experience.
