Job Role: Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creates training schedules and tracks results, maintaining accurate records for the company.
  • Trains new hires on company policies and procedures, utilizing effective training methods for specific purposes or audiences.
  • Coordinates with trainers regarding training schedules and leads generation for possible attendees.
  • Markets company training opportunities to employees, providing information on benefits to encourage participation.
  • Tracks employee progress and recommends training materials and methods, ordering and maintaining in-house and public training equipment and facilities.
  • Handles inquiries regarding public and in-house trainings.
