Regional Digital Marketing Coordinator

We will count on you to (examples include but not limited to):

  • Authoring webpages to drive the best user experience and to expand audience in Asia location websites and languages.
  • Partnering with country marketers and business partners, execute campaigns inc. email distribution.
  • Managing overall "site health" inc. SEO, tags, accessibility, etc. and overall "local" execution of global processes.
  • Mining analytics and data sources to continuously enhance our Region/Country user engagement, journeys and conversion.
  • Partnering with Marketers on monitoring progress against Regional/Country objectives, targets and KPIs (inc. conversion and lead generation) and driving recommendations for improvement.
  • Helping to drive the development of both analytics capabilities and processes, as well as accelerating the use of analytics by Marketers for insights and decision-making.

What you need to have:

  • Strong experience in executing a digital marketing presence that successfully amplified brand, client/prospect engagement and online leads/e-commerce sales.
  • Proven digital marketing expertise and knowledge including across tagging, SEO, lead nurture, experience/content fragments for localization, personalization, accessibility, UX/UI, conversion rate optimization, email promotions, etc. Experience in CMS is required.
  • Basic analytics skills to track and measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent ability to partner with and influence multiple-stakeholders in a dynamic environment with a "can do" mindset to achieve successful business impact and outcomes.

What makes you stand out?

  • Fair Martech knowledge including with platforms such as AEM, MS Dynamics 365, Workfront, SEMrush or other equivalent enterprise digital platforms. Experience in international websites management and Martech is a plus.
  • Relevant qualifications/certifications
  • Strong curiosity and creativity with a desire to stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape and apply to digital marketing initiatives.
