Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Liberty Interactive is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat channels. This role requires a high level of communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to research and troubleshoot customer inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through live chat to provide prompt and accurate assistance
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Utilize resources and tools to research solutions and provide accurate information to customers
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers
Document customer interactions and follow company guidelines for record-keeping
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Hardworking and adaptable personality traits
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to research and problem solve effectively
Proficiency in using computer systems and online chat platforms
Ability to work independently and remotely
High school diploma or equivalent required
