The job is located in Quezon, City, and offers a Hybrid Set-up working arrangement.

The Head of MIS will lead vital information gathering and processing to manage and oversee key performance areas within the company. They will drive accuracy, timeliness, and understanding of critical processes and personnel influencing the company's performance. Extraction, integration, and automation of information are pivotal for their success. Predictive analysis based on historical data and the use of generative AI are essential for faster processing and insight sharing. Additionally, they are responsible for designing computer systems, staying updated with IT developments, analyzing operations, suggesting improvements, allocating resources, managing risks, and safeguarding data.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational analysis focusing on volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service.
  • Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format.
  • Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs; assist in volume forecast and capacity planning as needed.
  • Generate and distribute management reports accurately and timely.
  • Develop MIS documentation for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
  • Provide recommendations to update current MIS for improved reporting efficiency and consistency.
  • Perform data analysis to generate periodic reports.
  • Offer strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
  • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as required.
  • Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increased business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
  • Establish strong relationships with Team Managers and management by demonstrating industry knowledge and understanding of business issues.
  • Analyze current business processes and make improvement recommendations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of data and information resources.
  • Keep status on all projects and proactively communicate with management and customers.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
