Qualification Standards:Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the jobExperience: At least two (2) years of relevant experience in the following: 1) Experience in identifying and addressing network and application security risks, 2) Experience in designing, developing, or customizing application systemsTraining: At least sixteen (16) hours of CISA, CISM, SANS GIAC, CISSP, PCI-DSS, CCSK, CDPO, or related information security trainingCertification: Preferably with ISO certification or related information security certificates Competencies: Exemplifying Integrity and Professionalism, Strategic and Systems Thinking, Delivering Excellent Results, Fostering Teamwork

Job Responsibilities:1. Technical Competencies: Knowledge of the following:

a. Regulatory compliance such as BSP 982, CISA, and DPAb. On-premise and cloud architecturesc. Web protocols, web services (REST/SOAP), networking concepts, and encryptd. Microsoft and Linux security architecturee. System development framework from user interfaces, backend applications, and

databases2. Assist the Supervising Head in the development, implementation, and maintenance of information

security standards, policies, and procedures3. Assist the Supervising Head in implementing and monitoring compliance of the organization to

information security standards, policies, and procedures4. Assist the Supervising Head to implement and monitor compliance of the organization to change

management control policies and procedures5. Assist the Supervising Head to implement and monitor compliance of the organization to problem

management control policies and procedures6. Assist the Supervising Head to implement and monitor compliance of the organization to access

control policies and procedures7. Assist the Supervising Head to implement and monitor compliance of the organization on software

management policies and procedures8. Assist the Supervising Head in implementing and controlling the use of the technical library and

documentation9. Conducts periodic internal operations and systems reviews to ensure compliance with information

security policies and procedures10. Assist in the conduct and monitoring of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, IP

Assessment, Whitelisting, and VPN Management11. Assist in handling security-related incidents and service request tickets12. Prepares periodic management and performance reports as required13. Adheres to Company, Technology, and Operations and Information Security policies and procedures 14. Performs other duties that may be required by the Supervising Head
