Job Track Description:

Responsibility Statements

  • Serves as a primary liaison and facilitates working sessions to meet operational and customer goals.
  • Identifies and organizes data to produce accurate views of operational performance.
  • Develops detailed operational dashboards ensuring requirements meet goals for recommendations.
  • Compiles cost assessment data for projects, and the integration of various project suppliers and vendors.
  • Examines and recommends changes or improvements to policies, quality, and problem resolution.
  • Develops well-rounded knowledge of the organization, operating processes, and governing regulations.
  • Conducts advanced research and is the steward of prepared operations reports.
  • Acts as a resident expert with advanced knowledge of the business organization, operating processes, and regulations.
  • Mentors less experienced peers on data analysis, dashboard development, and operational strategic plans.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
